Attended a game at the Dell many years ago when Coventry were still a PL side. I remember the Sky Blues took the lead and the away fans surged forward to the touchline. Unfortunately many smaller fans including children were crushed in the stampede and one fan had to receive pitch side treatment from St Johns. Joy.
