The most unwelcoming place we have visited so far.  The station was 40 minutes walk from the ground and ALL the pubs in the town refused to accept any away supporter.  The police presence on the streets was over the top, we must have passed 100+ on the way to the ground!!

Oustide the ground there was very little to do, the Vale Club did accept away fans but looked tired and outdated.  Entry to ground was unusual, some stewards searched people and bags, whilst others didn't!  Inside the ground only half the facilities were opened up which meant that it was more difficult to access.  The view from the stand was very poor and very shallow meaning it was difficult to see the far end.

The stadium is mostly old and outdated and the one new development remains unfinished and I understand it has been on the go for about 20 years!
