I booked my ticket on a Tuesday for a Saturday match and it never arrived, I called the box office the morning of the match and was left another one at the ticket collection. I collected that ticket but could not get into the ground because it was blocked. I had to go back to the ticket office to be issued a third ticket and eventually got in.

It was freezing and snowing and the match and atmosphere reflected the weather 0-0, nice stadium and good helpful stewards
