The ground has plenty of character and the home fans generate plenty of atmosphere. The location is reasonably convenient being a longish but manageable walk from the railway station. Added together that should make it an enjoyable day out. Unfortunately the ground is in dire need of redevelopment, the layout is thoroughly confusing, the seats are cramped and the facilities somewhat basic. The ground is in a run down part of a less than beautiful town. Not a lot to recommend it. One earlier visit prior to the 92 in 1969
