The ground is a mix of good and bad with the main stand appearing to offer good facilities. Unfotunately I did not get to sample them. For reasons that were never clear to me I was incorrectly sold a ticket for the away area which only became apparent too close to kick off to do anything about it. This undoubtedly left me withn a negative view of the club not improved by never receiving a reply to my e-mail complaint. The facilities in the away area are poor and the view is also bad made worse by the club not opening the back part of the away stand which would provide more elevation and thus a better view. The day was made better by a fiedly and upbeat band of Cheltenham fans and friendly stewards. Location is some 20 minutes walk from Cleethorpes Railway station so at least convenient
