The story of the Valley is a massive success story. Having fallen in to a state of dereliction the ground has been redeveloped and Charlton returned to their real home. Three of the stands are large and all link up around the North (behind a goal) end. The south stand is rather small which does give the stadium a bit of a lop-sided look. It's also tiny in comparison to the other stands. All in all, a true success story and a stadium Charlton can be proud of.
