Friendly game. Norwich won 3-0 but scored inside 3 mins and then finished it off in the 89th minute. Both teams changed entire 11s at half time, which also resulted in an extended half time interval which was strange. Northampton had multiple triallists. Stayed up overnight and did parkrun nearby on the morning. Had the poshest football lunch at Bella Italia before then going to ground. Club have a cool memorabilia but with thousands of vintage programmes amongst other items. Didn’t have a beer but could only have one outside the turnstile but inside the gate, as anything else was pitch facing! Small ground but nice, feel like Norwich equally Northampton for numbers but wasn’t announced that way! Hill on far side provided entertainment with one lad rolling down there pre game and then various kids running up and down it during the game! Had parking at the hotel already and easy to get out after albeit a smaller crowd
