A day trip out to Manchester United, me & my son set off on the bus at about 7.45am everyone seemed to be in good fettle. We stopped off at pub in Rochdale to kill a couple of hours before heading onto the stadium.  On getting off the bus outside the stadium we were kept at the edge of the coach park why? I don't know.  We were then corralled into wedge shaped area so we could be searched.  Once inside the concorse seemed very small and compact & was very full by the time we got in.  No time to get food or a drink or even a program!!! 

The stadium looks a little dated and for me looks a bit better on the TV.  The game itself was not to bad & for Newcastle was a  big improvement form the usual (Ashley & co) type of football, we had some canny chances.  Mind you so did they anyway the game ended 0-0 

Coming away from the ground after the final whistle was a pain in the bum!!!! Never mind I think It was a good away point.
