Limited facilities inside the ground for away fans housed along one side of the pitch and not many options outside the ground either.  Easy access from the station (Crewe aren't called the railwaymen for nothing).  On the pitch, Southend should have strolled to victory but only two penalty saves from Darryl Flahavan gave the final score any gloss.
