Game watched: Burton Albion 0-0 Scunthorpe United

A very weird game to watch and also a strange ground. As usual, the 2nd year college student, instead of revising for upcoming tests thought to himself... 'fuck it, Burton Albion will do for a Saturday day out'. Went with Tom as usual at the time in the coach... again as usual. Not a long coach journey considering some of my treks i've done before and after. Arrived on a long, straight road which reminded me of good ol' Gunness Strait... obviously never the same. Spent pre-match at the local maccies for scran before walking down to the ground. Very compact ground and always love an away end which is an all stander, what i'm used to back home. Matthew Lund had a goal robbed by the lineo for being 'offside' despite being onside by a mile after second looking at the highlights back home. Highlight was ex Iron players Duane Holmes and Conor Townsend were spotted in the away end. The old saying of 'once an Iron always an Iron' always comes true
