Being it’s a New Year and a new start we’ve published the latest additions to the92.net. We all know doing the 92 can have its frustrations – namely clubs selfishly moving to new grounds meaning our 92 total can often diminish!
To ensure the grounds that are no longer with us don’t get forgotten about we have now added them to the website to give you the opportunity to rate and review your experiences there and share your memories. Iconic grounds like Highbury, the Vetch, and The Dell can all be found in our grounds section listed under ‘past grounds’ (www.the92.net/grounds). With a retro skin on the page there is also some extra info about the ground including where possible footage of the final game to take place.
To coincide with the old grounds going on the site we’ve added two new rating criteria: stewarding and character (the former being exclusive to current grounds). We all know that a jobs-worth steward can ruin your match day experience, whereas sometimes you can get a good rapport and dare i say maybe even some good banter! Character in a ground is often lacking from modern stadia and is cherished by many a fan. You can add these ratings to your existing 92 and to grounds you add going forward.
